About the Role

You'll be the analytical engine driving the strategy that scales our lending business. You'll lead deep-dive investigations into portfolio performance, run A/B tests to move the needle on product, and do predictive work that helps senior leadership make high-stakes decisions fast across the entire lending lifecycle. You'll sit at the technical bridge between Data Engineering, Risk, and Commercial, reading and interpreting data through a commercial lens and telling the story behind the numbers. You'll need to be equally comfortable writing production SQL as presenting findings to the CFO.

  • Fast-paced fintech mindset with full ownership of the analytical lifecycle

  • Architect cohort models that drive unit economics, portfolio valuation and LTV projections
  • Proactively surface emerging risks and growth opportunities
  • Deliver high-density deep-dives for strategic initiatives and present technical findings to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Decision Science and Product squads to integrate data-driven insights into automated underwriting and product features
