About the Role

You will transcribe podcast episodes from audio to written Persian/Farsi with high accuracy. You will ensure correct grammar, punctuation, and formatting, identify and label speakers, and structure dialogue for readability. You will edit and proofread transcripts for clarity, meet assigned turnaround times, follow provided style guides, and manage your time independently while working remotely. Payments are based on total audio hours completed.

Requirements

• Fluency in Persian/Farsi (native or near-native preferred)
• Strong command of grammar spelling and written communication in Persian/Farsi
• Ability to understand different accents and varying audio quality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in audio transcription such as podcasts interviews or similar content
• Familiarity with transcription tools
• Experience with bilingual transcription or translation
