About the Role
You will design, build, secure, operate, and automate network and data-center infrastructure. You will deliver connectivity, evolve data-center fabrics, implement network access controls, respond to infrastructure requests and critical incidents, manage infrastructure as code, build internal tooling and AI agents, and document secure-network practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of network engineering experience with a security-minded approach
- Hands-on firewall experience with Palo Alto Networks, PAN-OS, or Panorama
- Hands-on data-center and physical infrastructure experience
- Working knowledge of VLANs, capacity planning, OSPF, BGP, ECMP, and PBR
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid connectivity
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
- Comfort with VPN and remote-access connectivity
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, HPE Juniper Networking, or HPE Aruba Networking
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Design and build data centers, including cages, racks, power, cabling, and hardware installation
- Deliver circuits, dark fiber, and DIA connectivity
- Stand up and evolve data-center fabrics
- Design and implement zero-trust and defense-in-depth network security
- Implement network access controls, least privilege, and segmentation
- Monitor and maintain physical infrastructure, cloud environments, and remote sites
- Respond to infrastructure requests and critical incidents
- Manage and deploy infrastructure as code
- Build automation, internal utilities, and AI agents
- Write policies, procedures, and technical documentation
- Mentor the team on secure-network practices at senior levels
