About the Role
You will assist in developing and implementing growth strategies while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience. You'll analyze user data and metrics to identify growth opportunities, track key performance indicators, and conduct user research to gather valuable feedback. You'll also support A/B testing and experiment design, and prepare growth-related presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle
- Fluent English verbal communication skills
