About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that support economic modeling and production applications. You will develop and operationalize economic models, simulations, and parameter optimization for live systems. You will collaborate across product, engineering, research, and data science to implement robust, production-grade solutions and ensure data-driven decisions are reproducible and well-tested.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of financial and crypto markets and incentives
- Strong foundation in computer science principles including data structures algorithms and complexity analysis
- Experience with data infrastructure design and implementation on cloud platforms such as GCP AWS or Azure
- Experience with production-grade software engineering practices including git testing containerization CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Substantial data analysis or data science experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with LLM-based development tools onchain data and orchestration tools such as Airflow and DBT
- Experience in data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Published research or strong interest in economics or crypto research is preferred
