About the Role
You will be the primary IT support for a global team, manage macOS and iOS devices, use MDM tools, support AV during webinars remote meetings and onsite events, handle domestic and international logistics for hardware shipping, collaborate with security and engineering to automate IT operations and repetitive tasks, write and maintain technical documentation and runbooks, participate in on call rotation and provide occasional after hours support, and help improve vendor relationships and IT roadmaps while supporting incident response using SIEM and EDR tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing and supporting corporate IT systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS, iOS administration.
- Deep understanding of user administration.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Jamf, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AV systems and remote collaboration tools.
- Experience with SaaS application management and access control best practices.
- Familiar with office networking.
- Experience with EDR endpoint security tools.
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly across teams.
- Located in or willing to commute to San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary helpdesk technician, resolving day-to-day IT issues for a global team of technical and non-technical users.
- Troubleshooting/maintaining Apple endpoints.
- Provide operational support and strategic guidance for all corporate IT systems.
- Provision, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices using MDM tools.
- Provide AV tech support during webinars, remote meetings, and onsite events.
- Support domestic and international logistics for hardware shipping and deployment.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to automate IT operations and repetitive tasks.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support.
- Continuously improve vendor relationships and IT infrastructure project roadmaps.
- Support incident response efforts using SIEM/EDR tools.
