About the Role
You will help implement, maintain, design, and monitor the IT compliance program, including ITGC, SOC2, and ISO 27001. You will support risk assessments, internal-control testing, documentation, certification and remediation activities, external-audit coordination, systems integrations, automation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Hold an internal audit certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Internal Auditor.
- Have 3+ years of experience in audit and/or internal controls for public companies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ITGC, including SOX, SOC2, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Use the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing and maintaining compliance programs, risk assessments, internal-control design, and control testing.
- Support process owners with implementing and maintaining internal controls and monitoring significant process risks.
- Update RCM documentation, including narratives, control descriptions, testing results, and compensatory procedures.
- Assist with certification processes, remediation plans, and coordination with the external audit firm to maintain ITGC compliance.
- Assist with project and risk assessments, systems integrations and automation, and ad hoc reporting.
- Support preparedness for and implementation of SOC2 and ISO 27001 programs.
