About the Role
You will help implement, maintain, design, and monitor IT compliance programs, including ITGC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. You will support risk assessments, internal-control design and testing, documentation updates, certification and remediation activities, external-audit coordination, and compliance-related projects.
Requirements
- Hold an internal audit certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Internal Auditor
- Have 3+ years of experience in audit and/or internal controls for public companies
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ITGC, including SOX, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Use the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with implementing and maintaining compliance programs, risk assessments, and internal-control design and testing
- Support process owners with implementing and maintaining internal controls
- Update RCM documentation, including narratives, control descriptions, testing results, and compensatory procedures
- Assist with certification processes, remediation plans, and external-audit coordination to maintain ITGC compliance
- Assist with project and risk assessments, systems integrations and automation, and ad hoc reporting
- Support preparedness for and implementation of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs
