About the Role

As our IR Analyst, you won't just be pushing paper—you will be an integral part of our strategic narrative. You will help bridge the gap between our internal financial performance and the external investment community, including buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, and shareholders. You'll bring a foundational grip on finance, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, research, and data analysis. You'll assist with quarterly earnings materials, experiment with AI tools to streamline research and drafting, maintain financial models, track shareholder activity, monitor market and competitor intelligence, and manage investor relationships and logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Open to recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience (corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or corporate communications)
  • Strong familiarity with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or financial-specific AI platforms)
  • High proficiency in Excel (modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, FactSet, CapIQ, or Quartr) is a plus
  • Prior internship experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate FP&A is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SEC filing requirements (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting earnings releases, scripts, presentation decks, and Q&A prep documents
  • Utilize and experiment with AI tools to streamline market research, sentiment analysis, and drafting of IR materials
  • Maintain and update internal consensus models
  • Track shareholder ownership changes and analyze trading activity
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry news, and peer company disclosures to provide actionable insights
  • Manage the investor database and track interactions
  • Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and meetings
