About the Role

You'll build ARQ's advisory function from the ground up in Brazil, sourcing clients, constructing portfolios, owning relationships, and writing the playbook every advisor hired after you will follow. You'll sit inside the Wealth team, work directly with the founders, and own a book of business from day one. You'll source and onboard advisory clients drawing from ARQ's existing user base and your own network and outbound efforts, build and manage personalized portfolios across the products ARQ offers, own the full client relationship lifecycle from discovery through onboarding, review and retention, bring insights from clients back to product to shape what ARQ builds next, and define what an ARQ advisor looks like by setting the standards, processes and tooling for future hires.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office in Brazil
  • Fluent English
  • Proven ability to source and convert clients independently
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building portfolios across multiple asset classes
  • ANBIMA certifications (CPA-20 minimum, CEA preferred) and/or CVM-registered as AAI
