About the Role
You will support the daily operation of the space and front desk activities, welcome visitors and guests, coordinate meeting rooms and ensure workspace readiness. You will prepare and set up spaces for community and corporate events, manage guest flow and registrations, assist with event logistics and breakdown, and perform general administrative coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates in hospitality, business management, event management or similar
- Enjoy practical work and event execution
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, service-minded and confident in dealing with guests
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible, dependable and willing to support where needed
- Fluent in English
- German intermediate
- Valid driving license (nice to have)
- Valid work permit (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support daily operation of the space and front desk activities

- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure workspace readiness
- Prepare and set up spaces for community and corporate events
- Support guest flow, registrations, and event logistics on-site
- Assist with breakdown, organization, and operational follow-up after events
- Provide general coordination and administrative support
