About the Role
You will develop and deliver large-scale data center and infrastructure projects from concept through operation. You will identify and acquire sites, assess feasibility and regulatory requirements, and secure power and utility agreements. You will oversee design, construction, supply chain, and EPC coordination, manage budgets and schedules, and implement sustainability and energy efficiency measures.
Requirements
- Experience in data center development construction or energy infrastructure
- Expertise in site acquisition market research and zoning compliance
- Experience negotiating power and utility agreements
- Knowledge of data center design construction and EPC coordination
- Experience in supply chain procurement logistics and vendor management
- Experience in financial modeling valuation and risk analysis for infrastructure projects
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Lead data center design and construction
- Identify and acquire sites for large-scale data centers
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Ensure zoning and regulatory compliance
- Source and negotiate power and utility agreements
- Assess and optimize energy infrastructure
- Manage supply chain procurement and logistics
- Coordinate Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) processes
