About the Role

You will collaborate directly with the CEO on technical decisions and lead backend and API development. You will design and implement on-chain/off-chain synchronization, integrate smart contracts, and work within a serverless architecture. You will prioritize security and performance, contribute front-end features, improve developer workflows and local environments, implement monitoring, refine CI/CD and testing, produce clear documentation, and participate in R&D. You will also help recruit and grow the engineering team.

Requirements

• Timezone between UTC and UTC+4 (preferably Central European Time)
• Proficient in English
• 4+ years experience as a fullstack engineer with majority backend focus
• 2+ years experience with blockchain-based projects (including hackathons or personal projects)
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with AWS and serverless stacks
• Experience with databases
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with web3 technologies and libraries
• Deep understanding of blockchain and smart contract mechanics
• Familiarity with viem, wagmi, ethers or similar web3 libraries
• Willingness to participate in R&D and complex technical problem solving
• Nice to have: server infrastructure and advanced AWS expertise
• Nice to have: cybersecurity experience
• Nice to have: smart contract development experience
• Nice to have: experience with Golang or Rust
