About the Role

You will own and publish daily and weekly executive reporting, build and maintain departmental dashboards, and develop Power BI semantic models and DAX measures from governed data. You will configure data access controls, automate reporting workflows, and turn management requests into clear reporting specifications.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a financial, reporting, or sales analyst in the industry.
  • Experience progressing into a BI role and bridging business and developer communication.
  • SQL proficiency for ad hoc analysis and semantic-layer development.
  • Experience owning recurring executive reporting under a hard SLA.
  • Ability to own KPIs from business definition through DAX and executive consumption.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Publish the daily CEO KPI pack before 09:00 CET.
  • Build and maintain the C-Suite weekly scorecard.
  • Design and maintain departmental dashboards.
  • Build and own Power BI semantic layers and DAX measures.
  • Configure and audit row-level security for client-data datasets.
  • Translate management requests into technical specifications and reporting.
  • Automate report refreshes, alerts, and distribution.
  • Define KPI and dashboard structures for senior stakeholders.
