About the Role
You'll join a dedicated crypto talent pool created by Flow Traders, Deribit and Bitvavo, giving you a front-row seat into the world of digital assets. You'll discover trading on centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges and other DeFi activities, as well as ETP trading, options trading and quantitative research in the digital assets space. You'll learn about the emerging technologies powering crypto and decentralization, and about applying low latency trading techniques while tackling some of the hardest technical challenges in the industry. You'll connect with other students who share your passion for crypto and start building your network in the digital asset space in the Netherlands. You'll gain insight into a wide range of cryptocurrencies and derivatives such as futures and options, and understand the implementation of blockchain. You'll get a look into the various projects required to develop a centralized cryptocurrency exchange, and understand what it takes to secure an exchange, client assets and data. You'll also learn how new tools and frameworks are built around regulatory, custody and security requirements such as ISO 27001 and SOC II. Once your application is approved, you'll be added to the talent pool and receive communications, invites to events and other opportunities to connect with fellow members.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently studying STEM or Computer Science
- Be able to demonstrate a passion or interest in digital assets and/or crypto
