About the Role
You will define and implement the infrastructure tools and practices that power production systems. You will lead the migration from Digital Ocean to AWS and design scalable, secure systems. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration, and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting. You will ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance, collaborate with engineers across the stack, and perform hands-on engineering tasks as needed in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or DigitalOcean
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions
- Strong Linux/Ubuntu system administration and web server configuration skills
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving startup and wear multiple hats
- Bonus: Experience with Web3 technologies and infrastructure
