About the Role
You will analyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis across products and regions. You will build and maintain dashboards and management reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, and develop financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis. You will work with transaction-heavy datasets (payments, crypto flows, mining rewards, digital assets, platform fees), monitor ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn and contribution margin, automate recurring reports and pipelines, ensure data consistency across finance, product and operational systems, and prepare structured presentations and analytical summaries for the CFO and executive team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics
- Experience as an analyst in FinTech, Financial Services, Crypto, or Payments
- Experience in crypto, digital assets, or Web3
- Understanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage
- Strong SQL skills
- Practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries)
- Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns
- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, churn, retention)
- Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics)
- Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models
- English level B2/C1
Responsibilities

- Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, and profitability evaluation
- Work with transaction-heavy datasets related to payments, crypto flows, mining rewards, digital assets, and platform fees
- Monitor product and financial performance metrics such as ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn, and contribution margin
- Support P&L analysis across products and regions
- Automate recurring financial reports and reporting pipelines
- Ensure data consistency between finance, product, and operational systems
- Prepare structured presentations and analytical summaries for the CFO and executive team
