About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager for APAC, you will partner with exchanges, brokers, fintechs, banks, and digital asset firms to strengthen clients' compliance programs, maximize value from their investments, and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. You will work closely with compliance, surveillance, risk, operations, and executive stakeholders and collaborate internally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to drive customer outcomes and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Client Services, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, capital markets, or digital asset clients.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
