About the Role
You will provide essential operational support for the global data privacy program within the Enterprise Compliance Risk Management team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of the Subject Rights Request process. You will partner closely with management to ensure that all data access and deletion requests are handled with the highest level of diligence, ensuring the data privacy framework is operational, auditable, and compliant.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurately processing and documenting Subject Rights Requests
- Previous educational background or entry-level experience in privacy, data protection concepts, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Familiarity with global privacy frameworks and experience working with European regulated companies is a plus
- Ability to gather necessary information from business owners, data owners, and champions
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of Subject Rights Requests (SRRs) from intake and identity verification through to fulfillment
- Ensure all responses are timely, structured, and well-documented
- Work with business managers to accurately gather data relevant to SRRs, including data on use, purpose, legal basis, transfer, and retention
- Support adherence to privacy assessment and control processes by documenting and following up on agreed actions related to operational findings
- Identify opportunities to enhance the SRR process by streamlining workflows, improving documentation, and driving operational efficiencies
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, including preparing concise summaries and reports for Senior Management in ECRM
