About the Role
You will act as the face and voice of the community. You will plan and run social media and communication campaigns, create engaging text image and video content, respond to community members promptly, and monitor feedback and online reviews. You will organize and run events such as AMAs and Spaces, coordinate with Discord moderators, liaise with development and sales to communicate updates, build relationships with industry professionals and journalists, and stay up to date with NFT crypto and gaming trends.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret movements in the NFT crypto and gaming space
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
