About the Role
You will design, implement, administer, and secure the Bank's cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and compliance with financial and data protection regulations. You will monitor performance and capacity, develop disaster recovery backup and business continuity strategies, automate deployments with Infrastructure as Code tools, respond to critical incidents and perform root cause analysis, maintain technical documentation, and support internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Systems Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Experience in regulated or mission critical environments such as banking financial services fintech or insurance
- Proven experience managing high availability production environments
- English and Spanish required
Responsibilities
- Design deploy and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure architectures (IaaS / PaaS)
- Administer cloud platforms such as AWS Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
- Implement and manage security controls including encryption identity and access management and network security
- Ensure compliance with financial and data protection regulations such as SOC 2 ISO 27001 PCI-DSS and GDPR
- Monitor system performance availability capacity and reliability
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery backup and business continuity strategies
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform CloudFormation and ARM
- Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity Development Compliance and Audit teams
- Respond to and manage critical incidents perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cost controls
- Maintain accurate technical documentation architecture diagrams and operational procedures
- Support internal and external audits related to infrastructure security and compliance
