About the Role

You will develop and maintain high-performance trading systems for cryptocurrencies using Python and C++. You will work closely with traders and stakeholders to design solutions for CeFi and DeFi environments, deploy components to production, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience
• 3+ years Python and C++ experience
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Ability to deliver clean, testable, reliable code while rapidly deploying features
• Willingness to be on call to support production systems
• Strong ability to articulate software concepts and designs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• Interest in finance and cryptocurrencies (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Develop trading system infrastructure in Python and C++
• Collaborate with traders and middle office to design solutions for CeFi and DeFi
• Deploy trading system components to production
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Identify and implement system improvements
• Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
• Support production systems on call
