About the Role
You will support the Assurance Team Leader and Global Assurance Manager to assess the effectiveness of key second line of defence controls under the Compliance Monitoring Plan. You will engage with stakeholders, conduct sample testing, collect and analyse test data, identify improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance control efficiency. You will integrate regulatory and procedural updates into monitoring activities and work closely with the Assurance Team to address regulatory requirements and business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months in Quality Assurance, AML, Anti-Fraud, or Compliance roles
- Experience with assessment tools such as SumSub, Onfido, Chainalysis, Checkout, or Elliptic is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira, PowerBI, or Amplitude is a plus
- Ability to analyse complex data and metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assess the design adequacy and operational effectiveness of AML and 2LoD controls
- Perform sample testing to evaluate processes and identify improvements
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from sample tests
- Recommend solutions to enhance control efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to promote efficient processes
- Integrate regulatory and procedural changes into the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Address regulatory requirements and business needs with the Assurance Team
