About the Role
You will join an 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program that combines hands-on experience with comprehensive training in Bitdeer's core values and business practices. You will build technical expertise in areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Desktop Service, Digitalization/Automation, Information Security, Network, Cybersecurity, and Penetration Testing, while becoming a culture carrier for the company. Throughout the program you will develop a global mindset, collaborate with colleagues from other regions, rotate within related business functions or across departments, and deepen your knowledge of the blockchain and high-performance computing industry under the mentorship of functional team leaders. You will also have the chance to interact with senior management teams and the alumni Graduate Talent Trainee network, and eventually become a key contributor to meaningful business projects.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor's, Master's, PhD) from any discipline or up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for new technologies such as Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
- Impressive personal achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, internships, or areas of passion
- High motivation with strong ownership and accountability
