About the Role
You will provide full support to trading and investment operations in a fast paced environment across trading, operations, finance and engineering. You will manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement. You will ensure operational processes are documented, tested and adequately supported. You will identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements. You will respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians and brokers. You will daily trade, position and cash reconciliations. You will embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes. You will leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision making, and output quality in your day to day work.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems and technology
- Quick learner, hardworking, results driven, responsible; an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and proactive with the proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments
- An interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in crypto
Responsibilities
- Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations
- Work in a fast‐paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units (Trading, Operations, Finance, Engineering)
- Manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement
- Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested and adequately supported
- Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements
- Respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians and brokers
- Daily trade, position and cash reconciliations
- Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work
