About the Role
You will drive growth and revenue for TokenOps by owning the end to end pipeline from outbound to expansion. You will evangelize the product and help close deals alongside the CEO. You will build strategic partnerships and co marketing campaigns to extend TokenOps reach and impact. You will manage paid and organic acquisition, SEO, content, and social presence. You will lead cross functional collaboration with product and engineering to translate market signals into roadmap input. You will partner with the CEO on strategic projects including market sizing and competitive analysis. You will prepare materials for the CEO and Board and contribute to discussions with partners and ecosystem players. You will navigate a fast paced startup environment and coordinate with freelancers or agencies as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years experience across growth BD or sales at a startup management consulting or founder operator roles.
- Strong communication structuring and presentation skills.
- Hands on with both paid and organic acquisition.
- Experience in Web3 and an existing personal network.
- Excellent native like spoken and written English.
- Comfortable in a small fast moving startup without hierarchy.
- A not my job attitude won't fly here.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline end to end including outbound inbound qualification onboarding activation and expansion.
- Evangelize the product and help close deals alongside the CEO.
- Build strategic partnerships and co marketing collaborations that expand TokenOps reach.
- Hit revenue and pipeline targets and report on commercial metrics.
- Run acquisition across paid and organic channels.
- Own the content engine and co marketing including blog posts social newsletters thought leadership and conference partnerships.
- Drive SEO and geographic targeting from zero.
- Manage social presence and community touchpoints.
- Scale initiatives solo initially or by leading a team and or freelancers.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic projects such as market sizing competitive analysis pricing GTM bets and new product bets.
- Prepare materials for the CEO and Board and translate field insights into roadmap input.
- Prepare the CEO for partner meetings conference talks and ecosystem calls.
- Handle recruiting pipeline vendor selection and operations.
- Bridge between commercial and product engineering and translate market signals into roadmap input.
