You will support the legal team by managing documentation, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Prior experience as a Paralegal or in legal support roles, ideally within fintech or financial services.
- Good understanding of Hong Kong laws and regulatory environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software and document management tools.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on topics relevant to operations.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts, especially related to Hong Kong laws and fintech regulations.
- Maintain accurate legal records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide legal support on business initiatives.
