About the Role
You will drive the development of an industry-grade custody platform, defining and owning the product roadmap and strategy. You will work closely with engineering and design to deliver institutional-grade custody infrastructure, balance technical debt with new feature development, and remove blockers to maintain momentum. You will lead cross-functional alignment, communicate product goals and status, and educate stakeholders on product and client needs. You will independently identify and solve complex problems to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient custody solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Background in engineering enabling effective collaboration with technical teams
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptographic security measures
- Experience with blockchain technology and on-chain transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed strategic decisions
- Focus on optimizing end-user experience to create business value
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap ownership for custody products
- Make informed product decisions using product, market, and industry knowledge
- Execute product management processes and run product ceremonies
- Partner with engineering and design teams to drive product development
- Identify and resolve project blockers to maintain momentum
- Balance technical debt management with new feature development
- Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve product objectives
- Lead the Product Design Engineering (PDE) collaboration to deliver outcomes
- Communicate product goals and status across the organization
- Educate team members on product features and client needs
