You will lead governance workflows and maintain the entity database, ensuring global filings keep entities in good standing. You will coordinate the formation or integration of new entities and provide day to day operational support and contract template assistance. You will support the development and maintenance of internal resources such as training materials on corporate governance and legal topics.
