About the Role

You will shape and communicate the narrative around the BERA token and ecosystem to institutional and traditional investors. You will produce investor materials including pitch decks, token reports, ecosystem updates, and FAQs. You will lead global roadshows, virtual briefings, and one-on-one investor meetings to educate and onboard capital allocators. You will monitor market sentiment, token performance, and regulatory trends and provide actionable insights to executives. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Marketing, Business Development, Ecosystem, and Product to ensure messaging is consistent and compliant.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Fundraising
• At least 2+ years of experience focused on crypto, fintech, or alternative assets
• Experience leading IR at a Layer 1 blockchain, a crypto-native VC or hedge fund, or on the buy-side at an asset manager
• Track record in alternative asset fundraising or capital formation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of tokenomics and Web3 ecosystems
• Ability to navigate crypto-native and TradFi cultures
• High emotional intelligence and professional presence for high-stakes investor conversations
• Willingness to travel for conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling narratives and presentations articulating the BERA token's role
• Develop investor materials including pitch decks, token reports, and FAQs
• Deliver clear, consistent, and compliant messaging to institutional investors
• Lead global roadshows, virtual briefings, and one-on-one investor meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers
• Align capital introductions with ecosystem growth in collaboration with BD and Partnerships
• Monitor market sentiment, token performance, and regulatory trends
• Provide capital market insights and recommendations to the executive team
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Product to ensure compliance
• Support internal strategy using investor feedback and market intelligence
