About the Role
You will shape and deliver the narrative used with institutional and traditional investors, translate token dynamics into clear investor-facing materials, and run global engagement programs. You will create pitch decks, token reports, FAQs, and presentations; lead roadshows, virtual briefings, and 1:1 meetings; and provide market and regulatory intelligence to inform executive decisions. You will coordinate closely with Legal, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to ensure messaging is consistent and compliant, incorporate investor feedback into strategy, and represent the organization in high-stakes investor conversations and conferences.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Fundraising
- At least 2 years of experience focused on crypto, fintech, or alternative assets
- Experience in IR at a Layer 1 project, a crypto-native VC or hedge fund, buy-side at an asset manager, or alternative asset fundraising
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of tokenomics and Web3 ecosystems
- Ability to navigate crypto-native and TradFi cultures
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Willingness to travel for conferences and roadshows
Responsibilities
- Craft investor narratives and presentations
- Develop investor materials including pitch decks, token reports, ecosystem updates, and FAQs
- Deliver clear, consistent, and compliant messaging to institutional investors
- Lead global investor roadshows, virtual briefings, and 1:1 meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with VCs, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers
- Collaborate with Business Development and Partnerships to align capital introductions
- Monitor market sentiment, token performance, and regulatory trends
- Provide capital market insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Work with Legal, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Product to ensure compliant communication
- Support internal strategy with investor feedback
