About the Role
You will join an intensive four- to six-month program where you work on real commercial projects from day one. You receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback, follow structured onboarding and training to build commercial skills, and collaborate with department leaders to identify bottlenecks and own high-impact initiatives. Over the program you will present strategies to senior leadership, manage client-facing work, and represent the company at European events while preparing for potential full-time employment.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Digital literacy and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Prior relevant experience in consulting, tech startups, or fast-paced environments
- At minimum finalizing a BSc degree in Business, Science, Technology, or Mathematics
Responsibilities
- Solve real-world problems by working on commercial projects from day one
- Undertake onboarding and training to learn commercial strategies and operational processes
- Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from senior leaders
- Build business development skills and commercial toolkits
- Work with department directors and regional leaders to identify bottlenecks
- Take ownership of high-impact projects and collaborate on strategic initiatives
- Present project outcomes and strategies to the C-Suite
- Lead projects, formulate client strategies, and manage client relationships
- Represent the company at European events
