About the Role
You will lead negotiations for the most complex agreements, taking deals from initial term sheet through final legal redlines. You will define off-take strategy, decide whether to lease space or operate capacity as cloud clusters, and balance physical inventory with digital demand. You will partner with finance and infrastructure to align commercial deals with power and site constraints, structure tiered pricing and capacity reservations, and translate technical power and space requirements into clear business value.
Requirements
- Experience in data center colocation or cloud infrastructure managing large-scale wholesale leases
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience structuring complex agreements with tiered pricing capacity reservations and service level guarantees
- Ability to translate technical power and space requirements into business value
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment
Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts that connect physical data center assets and digital products
