About the Role
You will shape vision and execution across key strategic initiatives. You will partner with cross functional leaders, contribute to high impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team. This role is based in New York, NY with in person attendance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Data analysis using competitive data to inform and influence business decisions
- Collaboration and stakeholder management with cross functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals
- Produce executive research reports based on analysis of industry benchmarks
- Project management deliver end to end market analysis and assessment
- Background checks required
Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional operational improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Gather and organize information about problems to be solved or procedures to be improved
- Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
- Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine methods equipment and personnel needed
- Manage cross functional processes with leaders and executives across the company to ensure key decisions and major projects are successful
- Partner with internal communications finance learning and development and other business operations teammates to facilitate company wide processes
- Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
- Evaluate new business opportunities and support the three to five year strategic plan
