About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for users via live chat and support tickets. You will answer questions troubleshoot and resolve everyday issues and ensure users have a smooth positive experience. You will share feedback to improve support processes meet team performance goals and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German
- Empathetic friendly communication skills
- Detail oriented and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple chats
- Curiosity about fintech investing or crypto
- No prior crypto or investing experience required
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for users via live chat and tickets
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth user experience
- Share feedback and suggest improvements to support processes
- Work toward fast response times and high customer satisfaction and stay informed about product features
- Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
